Situation

When a large global consultancy approached us 2 years ago to partner with them to deliver a full-blown digital transformation project, we allocated resources and got to work. They need a variety of specific roles to be filled including Programme Directors, Digital Product Managers, Solutions Architecture, Dev Ops, Engineering and many more.

Our Global Digital Transformation team are aware that when dealing with large scale projects time is always limited, so we always ensure to deliver as quickly as possible whilst fulfilling the clients requirements.

Our thorough understanding of the client and the roles gives us the ability to place candidates who not only fit the vacancy skills needed, but the clients dynamic and core values. None this would happen without our brilliant back office ensuring a fast and smooth process.

So far, we have placed north of 50 candidates, and will now be supporting the global consultancy on many more large-scale projects.
