Team Lead
We are currently seeking a Billing Team Leader to join us on our journey as we look to further expand our flourishing technology practice. You’ll be joining us at a time of significant growth and development where there is huge opportunity to catapult your career my building and developing a team of your own. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of 360 Recruitment experience preferably across the Technology sector, Team Lead experience is not essential as we are happy to assist a senior consultant in taking the step into management.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Managing a team whilst concurrently billing as an individual
- Interviewing & hiring new team members to assist the expansion of your desk
- Conducting daily round-ups, monthly reviews and yearly appraisals for all team members
- Leading from the front by setting high standards and practicing what you preach
- Formulating and driving best practices across your team and the wider organisation
- Becoming a member of MM’s senior leadership team and contributing to quarterly planning & strategy meetings
- Guiding and supporting your team members to becoming successful, autonomous billing consultants in their own right
What experience will you need?
- 3-5yrs experience as a successfully billing 360 consultant
- A process driven, best-practice centric individual
- Experience within the technological space / I.T sector
- A mature candidate who is happy to shoulder accountability for both themselves and their team
- We require a true leader who is keen to set an example and drive standards
- A consultant with the ability to train and deliver in a dual-desk environment
