Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Maclean Moore’s most prestigious clients. You’ll go above & beyond to understand your clients, nurturing pre-existing relationships and cultivating new ones. You will truly understand our clients’ businesses and as a result, be able to identify future opportunities to increase Maclean Moore’s service offering.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Engaging with pre-existing clients to seamlessly gain their trust and maintain the business relationship
- Nurture your accounts to win further business and generate further revenue
- Up-selling and cross-selling within our existing client base
- Placing numerous relevant candidates throughout the clients provided to you
- Managing both candidates and clients throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
What experience will you need?
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- A consultant that our clients & candidates trust and are happy to engage with
- Multiple monthly placements across the numerous vacancies you will be working
- Someone who can set an example & lead from the front
- A tenacious, hungry and hard-working individual
