Jonny is the Head of Delivery at Maclean Moore overseeing a team of Consultants based in the London & Bristol offices. Jonny’s team focuses on supporting the delivery of high quality candidates for our major Clients throughout the UK.  They are cross sector including Financial Services, Retail, FMCG & Public Sector.  The specialist skill sets in which they recruit for are Business Change & Transformation, IT, Accountancy & Finance and HR.

Jonny has gained over 11 years recruitment experience starting out as 360 IT Recruitment Consultant based in Berkshire.  After making the move to London, he joined Reed (RSR) specialising in Accountancy & Finance recruitment, later being head hunted to take on the Business Partner role for Reed Managed services controlling the contract recruitment for Lloyds Banking Group.  After 4 successful years he progressed in to a Senior role managing major Financial Services clients via Eames Consulting.  Since joining Maclean Moore 5 years ago, he has become an integral member of the leadership team, gaining and developing major accounts where he now has a diligent team supporting him.

When he is not working, he enjoys looking after his new baby daughter and trying to catch up on sleep whenever possible.
