Blake is the Sales Director at Maclean Moore overseeing all of our sales staff in the London, Bristol & Amsterdam offices. Blake’s teams have a global reach specialising in a variety of sectors including: I.T, Business Change & Transformation, Financial Services, Accountancy & Finance and Digital Media.

After completing a degree at Sheffield University Blake moved to New Zealand before returning to the UK where he started his recruitment career at Sthree brand Orgtel. Blake excelled for Orgtel posting significant individual sales-figures and progressing to run a large sales-team – at this point Blake decided to join Maclean Moore to drive the expansion of the business, opening new locations and rapidly growing the sales-team headcount.

In his limited spare time, Blake enjoys watching Leyton Orient lose, drinking wine and spending time in Estonia (his adopted home-country).
